I need an old priest and a young priest
I don’t have a lot to post today – I promised photoshoot pic results this week but alas. I do have one set up:

The new disneybound Leia outfit from earlier this year.
What happened with the Rogue shots? Oh that was a drama.
So we did the first round of Rogue shots same time as the disneybound Leia shots above – and I do actually have 2 pics from that photoshoot uploaded:

Luna took over at the end.
But I wasn’t happy with that set — it was the wig. First it was a little messy, I should have brushed it out and reformed the curls because I seriously just took it out of the dragon con box and put it on my head as-is LOL. But that wasn’t a big a deal as my other faux pas – I wore a brown wig cap under it, which totally showed through the top edge of the white section. It looked okkk in some shots but in most of them it was really obvious. I decided to just scrap the whole shoot, touch up the wig and reshoot it with a blonde wig cap Wednesday last week. It was my fault, rushing to get photos done.
So we did the second shoot Wednesday night. I cleaned up the wig, not only wore a blonde wig cap but also a white headband at the edge just in case too. It looked much better. The photos, however, did not. Chase shooting with a different camera, and I did notice he was positioned a lot closer to me than usual, and standing instead of sitting. I didn’t think anything of it since he was using a different camera. Well when he gave me the photos later, I looked like this:

Yeah like an old He-Man action figure. Stubby little legs, giant chest and arms — it was all in the the angle of him standing and being too close to me! They were absolutely awful and will never see the light of day, LOL.
So Friday we shot Rogue for a THIRD TIME. These turned out much better – we went and downloaded and reviewed them before I took the costume off so we didn’t have to do a 4th time LOL. We also shot Space Mutiny that night…

and Padme on Saturday…

It’ll be a minute before I get to those, but hopefully I have them all ready to go for next week’s post.
We were going to shoot Morticia yesterday but I decided I didn’t feel like it. Will do it one night this week, and call it done on photoshoots for this year. Not going to do any reshoots or old costumes this time around.
Anyway, between all that I worked on the upstairs, cleaning out the old work office. Put a few things for sale in my ko-fi shop including my old Rose Tyler costume, some ceremonial Leia shoes and some vintage things. I’ll be adding more as I clean stuff out. Yesterday I got distracted re-organizing the shelf in there. Not what I was in there to do, but I wanted to clean it out and get rid of some stuff. About halfway through, I started hearing the squirrels going nuts on the roof. One was in the tree screaming, another was doing parkour on our roof. I used to hear this all the time when I worked up there everyday, but Chase and I went out to look and make sure they were ON the roof and not IN the roof. No squirrels IN the roof but we did see a wasp nest on the window, which Chase took care of – I went back in and looked at it from the inside and it was creepy LOL
Speaking of creepy, I started getting Halloween out. Just a bit at a time, because I can’t get the box out of the closet in Kevin’s room without moving a bunch of stuff (organizing and cleaning Kevin’s room will be right after I finish the work office.)

Saturday night we went to see a play – it was great! Had dinner at a new pub-style place and it was good too. Sunday night had dinner with my parents, which now means we have 2 homechefs that are past their point of “cook by” LOL
I did the Fourth Wing Threshing Day thing. First time I was killed by another cadet, so second time I skipped helping anybody and bonded with a red clubtail.

For fun I had Chase do it too, and he didn’t get killed at all! He got a red daggertail. We match!

I forgot to talk about booking dining for Disney. Got everything we wanted.
First day – Boathouse for lunch and Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge for dinner.
Second day – Geo-82 at Epcot for drinks/snacks around lunchtime, Spice Road Table for dinner
Third Day – Topolino’s Terrace for breakfast — left dinner slot open, may try to get into Hurly Burly?
Last Day – Beak and Barrel for drinks/snacks around lunchtime, Wailulu Bar and Grill for dinner
ALL is new to us! Never been to any of these places, so that will be fun. We are on the fence about Beak and Barrel because I hate Disney’s current strategy of stuffing people in bars with random strangers in weird places and decided if they put us in at a standing table in a far corner facing a wall, we’re just going to leave LOL
Anyway that’s all for this week. Next weekend there’s a mini con on Sunday we’re going to go to – I’m trying to decide what to wear. Maybe picnic Padme but it’s going to be a nearly half hour drive to it so I dunno that I want to sit in the car for that long in picnic padme. Maybe tatooine instead? Or Shin, if it’s cool enough? I’ve kinda picked those 3 as my maybes because all of them are out and easily accessible LOL
