Everything is back to normal in our house. Luna is no longer in hiding. We will try again after Dragon Con.
I was just exhausted yesterday and ended up with another flipping migraine. Still got a decent amount of work done on the hat. Can’t show any photos tho. Sorrrrrrrry.
I bought some big pearls for this project and can’t find them ANYWHERE. Chase is going to help me look again tonight. I’m hoping they didn’t get thrown away, that would suck 🙁
So I mentioned in my last post that my international shipment I’ve been waiting on had been in Memphis since last Monday. It got sent to our local PO and got stuck on “in transit to local PO” for 5 days (to be fair one of those 5 days was sunday but still). So I’ve been freaking a little. This morning finally got the text alert that it was at our local PO, and then about an hour later, out for delivery. YAY. Crisis averted. Here’s hoping that what is ordered is actually what I ordered and isn’t damaged or shorter than it should be.

Add fitted sleeves (? Chase thinks I’m should. I may wait and decide later)
fix seam at back of the neck

Sew sequin ribbons in place
Sew shoulder straps in place
Sew shoulder puff on
Finish hat
Finish shoes
Not bad.
