A cosplay meme I stole because I’m bored.
Cosplay Personality Meme!
Choose a character from your cosplays that best suits each one…
You relate to most: Belle. Ever since I was a little girl and saw the movie in the theater and had that whole, “SHE likes books and I like books too!” moment, preferring to be left alone to read and not wanting to deal with other silly people, love of family, wanting adventure, a little bit stubborn, etc.
But now if you ask which character I’m most like, the answer would probably be Fluttershy.
The complete opposite of you: HMMM. I think I tend to start relating to every character I’ve done, even if I didn’t think so before I did the costume, so it’s hard to say. I’m going to just say Emma Frost because that’s just so not me…
The craziest: Sarah Sanderson maybe? That was fun to run around flipping my skirts and yelling AMOK AMOK AMOK!
The biggest flirt: Poison Ivy, I suppose. Or Emma Frost.
The hardest to stay in character: I don’t really attempt to stay in character very often. Funeral Padme I guess, since I shouldn’t be grinning when I’m supposed to be dead and sad.
You’re most famous for being: Donna Noble. It gets kinda old seeing, “Haha it’s Donna Noble as -insert other character-” on my other costumes. I don’t think I look THAT much like her, but I can’t complain for having a costume well-received, and I do very much enjoy doing Donna costumes. Outside of that, Belle and my Marie Antoinette TARDIS are probably my other most “famous” ones.
Your least favorite: There’s a few I’ve done that I just never really connected with, for whatever reason – not that I disliked the character, but sometimes it’s a case of doing the costume as a favor or just not being happy with the way it turned out and never really feeling “right”. Ripley, Selene, Ahsoka, Glinda, Marasiah Fel – I’d revisit several of those like that if I had the time/money/motivation.
You relate to their fashion sense: Romana I. 70s Sci-Fi Fabulousness appeals to me. I think I need another Romana costume. Hermione is probably more my style though. cozy sweaters.
You strive to be like: I feel like every character I do is a little bit of someone I wish to be. I think I do a lot of strong, courageous, smart, resourceful women because it’s what I want to be myself. I would say Wonder Woman, because who doesn’t want to be Wonder Woman? But after thinking about it, I wish I could be more like Giselle. Someone who is not only brave, but loves unconditionally, finds beauty in everything and everyone, and is generous and open and friendly in every situation.
