Friday night was the Grizz Star Wars Night! Chase hasn’t sent me his photos yet. Here’s a few off my phone.
My new buns!
They worked pretty well! The hair is still pretty slippery, being brand new, but a ton of hairspray (seriously eyes were watering, I had to step out of the bathroom for a few minutes) kept them in place all night.
We mostly hung out upstairs and did photo-ops with guests. My friends came by!!!
And this is from just hanging out on the court before the doors opened.
We got to walk across the floor once during a time out but that’s all that asked of us outside of the photo-ops… we could have stayed and kept doing photo-ops after the time-out appearance, but I was tired and hungry (and had a migraine starting because of the weather shift – it was in the 70s all weekend) so we went ahead and headed home.
Saturday we did some Christmas shopping. Sunday we worked on Christmas projects, and put the tree up!
I was hoping between last year and this year, Luna has matured and wouldn’t be as interested in the tree. I don’t know why I thought that. This morning I woke up to ornaments all over the floor, the tree skirt pulled out and the tinsel yanked halfway down the tree. Glad I didn’t put any breakables on, but I had really wanted to put the Star Wars ornaments out this year. Guess that won’t happen.
I ordered one of the motion-activated air puffer things… I’m going to put that under the tree and see if it keeps her away.
