26 days til we leave and I’m really starting to feel the pinch. Freaking out a little bit.
I’m hoping to cross some small things off my list this weekend and really dig into Johanna. I’m hoping to have my surprise costume pretty much done by the end of this weekend — I think I could have the bulk of it done by Sunday.
To-Do list for the next week or so:
Anne:
-fray check zipper opening
-attach back piece (mom helped me get it positioned last night)
-realign the buttons on the back piece
-finish necklaces
-fix corset straps/reposition hook and eyes
Peggy:
-style wig
-paint eyelets
-cover buckle in my fabric
-put eyelets/buckle on belt
-finish reattaching cuffs to shirt
Surprise Costume:
-get back sections put together
-sleeves put together
-applique symbol on front
-put suit together
-make cape/scarf piece
-make boot covers/attach to tights
-make gloves (BLEGH)
Marie Antoinette:
-finish updates
-decorate hat (it arrives today sooo excited for my new hat)
Meg:
-fix pleats
Johanna:
-FIGURE OUT WHERE I AM ON THIS DRESS I HAVEN’T TOUCHED IN 5 MONTHS
-start making ruffles
-start playing with wig
Donna Noble:
-Dye wig
Donna Unicorn & Wasp:
-buckle down and get some more basic guideline embroidery done.
