Well I made some new tags on my side-menu there so I figured I ought to make a post to go with them… and updates on what I’m working on.
1. Silver Elf
I haven’t touched this in a year. Still can’t decide what to do with the sleeves.
2. Elsa
I’ve gotten some fabric samples and picked up a few options at fabric stores. I think I’ve got my top and skirt fabric figured out, still waffling on sleeves and cape. Hoping to get started soon — I keep seeing so many beautiful versions, both finished and WiP – and I’ve been trying to avoid looking at them. Besides being intimidating, I also don’t want to inadvertently copy some’s take on the dress.
3. Johanna
I’ve already bought a good bit of fabric for this! Hadn’t planned to, but found a great base fabric at Hancocks on sale super cheap so I bought the whole bolt. Excited to start on it.
4. Donna Noble – Turn Left
I got the jacket, thanks to a friend. I spent more than I really like to spend on costume stuff, so I’m wearing it as a regular winter jacket for now. I’ll post a pic soon, just got it yesterday 🙂
