Worked on some different stuff last night.
I finally finished my Romana I brooch and got it attached!
About time, I think I’ve been done with everything else on it for a few weeks now. Overall really happy with it.
Although could I have taken a worse picture? Why didn’t I at least stick it on the dress form that was sitting 2 feet away? What an awful picture. Oh well.
I also had to take a picture of our kitchen counters because it so exemplifies Dragoncon

Aaand Chase finished my chestpiece last night! I love it!
it’s all worbla, still have to paint it, of course.
I got some more work done on the shirt for one of his costumes, that was mostly what I did – besides making the gummy bears.
I’ve been having an awful sinus infection for a couple of weeks. At first it wasn’t bad, so I didn’t think anything about because it usually clears up on its own. Well after a week it was just as bad if not worse, so I broke down and went and bought some sudafed. It’s still not really helping, though it does help with the pain a little bit. Sinus Infections make my teeth hurt something fierce, like nothing else even happens with them, just my teeth. Right now it hurts to bite down on anything.
I don’t want to waste my free Friday afternoon going to the dr, so I’m going to try to go to a quick clinic on saturday if it’s not better by then.
