Yesterday I cleaned my office from top to bottom. It took most of the morning but my office is a much more pleasant place to be now.
I then tackled Batgirl again, instead of Belle like I said I was going to. I finished the boots – the top’s a little more wrinkly than I’d like but at this point we’re going with it. I got all the snaps for the cape sewn on, and the zipper and hook and eye in. The suit is done!
I started on the belt but didn’t get very far. I’m rather stymied by it. I’m going to put it aside this morning and finish some little things on my to-do list (taking up the wasp skirt, hooks and eyes, etc), then go back to the gloves instead, give me a few days to think on the belt…
