Started off yesterday getting up at 6am with a migraine, and getting dressed as warm as possible to go out to Race for the Cure. We weren’t running but went to cheer on friends, it was fun and our t-shirts turned out great – I don’t have a pic of one yet but I’ll post one when I do. I really wish it were warm enough at that time of the morning I could wear Wonder Woman to it – I think that would be so fun, there’s usually lots of people there in costume and other fun outfits.. but it’s just too early and too cold for it.
Being outside for long kicked off my allergies and made my headache worse, I was sneezing non-stop, running nose, itchy eyes, the whole package! So I went home and went back to sleep, then got up and finished the quickie Slinky dog outfit for my aunt for Trunk or Treat, got into Briar Rose, and we went out to that for about an hour. Since I still wasn’t feeling good we went on home instead of going down to Beale St for the costume parade, I really didn’t want to make it worse and just wanted to eat dinner and go to sleep LOL
Today I have nothing going on. I’m uploading pics and watching ghosthunters. I’ll hand out candy later, If I feel up to it I’m going to put on something other than Briar Rose to hand out candy to enter an online costume contest. Just have to see how i feel.
