last night’s movie of choice: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
I started out with dyeing my Mara Jade/Arica netting – I couldn’t quite get it dark enough with either dye, though. So now it’s dry and I’m considering what step to take next. I need to order my skintone fabric soon – I’ve tried looking locally and can’t find anything.
Then to work on the bodice for Surprise #2. I got all the boning in, got the outer layer cut, sewn together and sewn to the base. I need to stop and pick up some more blue thread today, then I can top stitch it tonight, and then I’ll be able to put the grommets in. I’m happy with how fast it’s moving.
My Black Widow wig should be here today. So excited!
