So the situation I talked about last time has at least come to some kind of resolution. The guy said yesterday that he was pulling my pieces that night, and that he would send it out today. I sent him a fedex slip for sat. delivery, so if it doesn’t show up tomorrow that’s our clue to start working on my backup.
Chase’s isn’t going to be done at all. That kind-of upset me… but Chase is working on a backup. I hope it works out. The whole situation is just really disappointing and just illustrates why I don’t trust other people with my own projects.
Anyway — Starfire is nearly done!! In fact I’ll think she’ll be done tonight… maybe not the collar, but everything else will be. I’m really pleased with it so far. I’m going to put the straps on the Black Canary boots tonight so she’ll be done. I finished my WW wig last night, and my Glinda crown is getting a shot of clear coat and then I can attach it to the wig. (I had the wig and the crown on last night and went down to the garage to ask chase if he thought the crown was sitting too high on my head… and he laughed at me! lol.)
I’m going to see if I can leave work like an hour early today… come home and pack up what I can and have that done before Chase gets home from work this afternoon.
