So what’s up with me, you ask?
I did something to my foot last weekend. Every single one of my costumes had uncomfortable shoes (the worst being Hild, Phoenix, and Anna) and it was a LOT of walking. So my feet were still numb by the time I got back. Well my left foot is still bothering me. Mom thinks I broke a blood vessel or something.
Whatever. Yesterday I worked at the Ronald McDonald House Big Scoop Ice Cream Festival I didn’t get to eat any ice cream, but it was fun. I worked in the Character photo booth with a bunch of others from the Memphis Fanforce. I wore blue Amidala, and the headdress was a pain (I had it on from 10-4!) but it was cool getting pics with all the kids.
Next year I want to wear my Quidditch Uniform – most kids didn’t know I was Amidala (I was just the ‘princess’) or even know I was supposed to be with the jedi. I was thinking how fun it would be to come as Harry Potter!
Today I’m cleaning my room.
