I’m dead tired. I don’t know how I made it through the weekend. I fell asleep in the room 3 times by mistake. But it was fun! I was part of a great AMG group for the masq, and I met lots of cool people and it was great seeing friends from other cons again.
Not enough really happened to constitute a real report, though.
Arwen Wedding Dress:
I wore it saturday morning, with my new wig (yay!) However I had my really, really old ears, because I couldn’t find my normal ones (the ones I painted), so they didn’t match my skin tone at all.
Asuka Plugsuit:
finally getting to wear it again. I wore it for a loooong time friday afternoon, and had lots of opportunities for pics with other characters. It was really fun, I love this costume.
Manga Belldandy
One of my new ones. I wore this for a little while on Friday, and then again Saturday afternoon. It went well on friday, but on Saturday I got tired of it waaaay before I planned to take it off and ended up wearing Tohru half the afternoon. Oh well! I’m pleased with how it turned out.
Eternal Jupiter
Wore it a while Friday evening. Melted a part of the skirt trying to iron it, eek. Luckily it was just a little bit, and it was hidden in a fold. Either way I think it’s about time to retire this thing -_-;
Morrigan
I wore this late Friday night and had like a gazillion pics taken in it. It wasn’t as uncomfortable and I was actually a little bit happier with it this weekend than I was at AX. I got lots of nice comments on it.
Nanami
I need to not wear this costume anymore. It makes my skin tone look awful. But anyway, I wore this sometime friday afternoon. I don’t really remember… I just remember I changed out of it after telling Al I’d wait a little longer, but my feet hurt so bad! I had to get that thing off ><
Honda Tohru
my other new costume. Wore it first thing Friday morning, then again Saturday afternoon, and once more late Saturday night. It was bloody comfortable, that’s why! Yay for comfort.
Yuffie
Friday night, after Jupiter, because I was dieing to wear comfy shoes. This costume is usually my most comfortable…. but this time it wasn’t. I don’t know what the deal was, but I was SO uncomfortable in this! I didn’t wear it long at all.
Urd
Urd. Ugh. It took me FOREVER to get into this costume, as I had to redo the tape twice. But it held. Boy did it ever hold. This was of course Saturday night for the AMG skit in the masq, which was amazing.
