There’s a good chance I’m going to DragonCon this year. It was sort of a sudden decision between Cath and I… she can’t go with us to either Animazement or Otakon, so I brought up dragoncon… it looks *really* cool, with a lot of really neat guests and events. I was thinking of costumes… right now I’m working on Xiaoyu 2p (tekken3), lulu, and misato for animazement, and urd, ocha and lina for otakon. faye valentine in there somewhere, too. I don’t plan on making much anything else this year, except maybe for fun later on, so I’ll probably just rewear old costumes at mtac and dragoncon. (like she-ra & ocha for dragoncon) But I would like to make at least one for dragoncon… I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions? I don’t want it to be something that’ll make me tear my hair out, but something interesting… I thought maybe Kitty Pryde in her blue outfit… ugh, I really hate to do this, but this one. Don’t laugh at my ancient artwork.
I thought of something star wars, but I don’t want to be a random jedi or amidala and Cath will probably fix up that old Leia costume for herself. I thought of making a galadriel dress… I could use my she-ra wig for that, I guess. Not really my style, that, but dad was talking about taking his old gandalf costume. *shrug* that way I’d have something new to wear to Two Towers later on.
I dunno. I guess I have lots of time to think about it. I just thought I’d see if anyone had suggestions. I like to get these things done and out of the way as soon as possible.
