Ruby Moon from Card Captor Sakura, made for MTAC 2001.
White crushed velvet elastic waisted skirt. Black crushed velvet tank-top with attached pink satin, painted skirt panel. Pink satin collar with craft foam brooch. Wire and organza painted wings. Styled wig.
