Ocha from SunDowner, made for Dragon Con 2002.
Blue knit vest attached to white cotton dress with collar and side slits. Purchased leggings altered to create gauntlets from lower half. Vinyl boot covers. Styled wig with attached craft foam and fur ears. Vinyl tube tail covered in fabric.
