Amidala petals again…

Didn't have a decent spot to put my petals to dry - so I set them up on my bike.Kelldar.com | My Facebook Page | Tumblr | Instagram

Newly dyed petals – and my bike earning its keep! hehe.

The underdress was still very basic at that point- needed the neckline shaped, needed to be hemmed, and obviously didn't have the "tie" in the front. All of the petals are just pinned on here, so I could make sure I had all I needed before I started sewing.Kelldar.com | My Facebook Page | Tumblr | Instagram

Another shot of the cape with the petals pinned on. Trying to get an idea of if I have enough or how many more I need - the center petals have not been dyed yet!Kelldar.com | My Facebook Page | Tumblr | Instagram

I finished all the petals, finally. They’re just pinned on here, because I started putting them all on to see how many I needed before I finished the rest of them.
I don’t plan on dying the undyed ones – I’m just going to mix them in with the dyed ones more. (edit: I did not do this – I ended up dyeing them all because they didn’t blend well.)

Amidala:
