#0008 – The Queen Returns
Based on McCall’s 8412 from 1951.
I thought this loose fitting jacket with large cuffs and a high collar was perfect for the Post-Senate gown. Another one where I used a hat as a stand-in to help get to the silhouette of the original hairstyle. This is one of my favourites of the project… it truly feels like something that could’ve been worn in the 50s while still obviously Padme, I feel like this one achieved all of my goals.
