This was an AOTC concept and it felt like it was in the vein of the black corset gown from AOTC. Flirty but still regal.
I imagine the dress to be made of a red silk; it is full covered in the front, with a high collar closing at the neck in the back. But of course open to the belt in the back. The belt is attached and closes at the center front; helps keep the open back from shifting. The hem of the dress is covered in scattered gold metallic flakes.
The hairstyle for this one was one of my favs; several gold metal pieces hold the hair in place, and various embroidered and tasseled strips of fabric hang from them. The back of the hair is braided down into one of these fabric pieces.
