Made the decision to go ahead and decorate on Thursday:
We haven’t finished painting the living room or finished the new mantle – but I couldn’t wait; if I’d waited on all that to be done we’d probably wouldn’t have put the tree up til February. Ha.
So excuse the unfinished mantle, but it’s nice to have the tree next to the fireplace. Looks nice and home-y 🙂
