Lessa – done, except the shoulder braid, which I will either do tonight or on the plane tomorrow. Won’t take but about another 10 minutes to do. I wore it on a test-run last week – it’s almost unbearably hot, but I like how it looks. We’ll see at dragoncon.
Hermione – done. will need to be pressed again when we get there (skirt, robes and white shirt… too much stuff to wrinkle!). It’s fun to wear and comfy, although one of my shoes broke last week. Will make do.
Ozma – done. I am in love with this costume. It’s so fun to wear, *and* comfortable. I adore my crown (made it out of styrene, a new experiment for me). I can’t wait to wear it sunday.
Amidala Wedding – done. Somehow. I ended up cutting a lot of corners in the end, since I ran too close to time and didn’t have all the proper materials here at the house. I haven’t even had the whole thing on all at one time.
Mom’s Hobbit Costume – finished – look for a hobbit in a tan vest, white shirt and dark blue trousers saturday morning/friday night.
Mom’s Menolly Costume – finished. I helped pick out her wig. It’s so nice!
Jean’s Hobbit Costume – finished – look for a hobbit in a red lace up vest, white shirt, big flouncy red and white patterned skirt.
Jean’s Moreta Costume – finished

Ash’s Masquerade Costume. We finished it, I think. I may not have sewn on as many teeth as she wanted, but I took the extras and some thread with me if we want to add more.
The costume simultaneously cracks me up and scares the crap out of me. If that’s possible.
It was also our first time making anything like this – similar to a mascot costume, but not quite. I just hope she can freaking SEE well enough to walk on stage… *crosses fingers*
Anyway, we’re hoping she frightens small children. They’ll be drawn in by my costume, and then they’ll see her, and run in terror, and we’ll LAUGH!!

Anyway. I have no big plans for the con. There’s few guests I’m interested in. My only definites will be
