Thank you God for bagels & Snow White art
Somebody brought in panera bread bagels this morning. MAN, they are so good… doubly so since I didnt have breakfast this morning! Anyway, today’s Princess is Snow White, in her wedding dress. A search turned up a picture of a real life Snow White wedding dress on display at Harrod’s, it was really pretty, so it’s what I used as…

Cleaning my office, costume schedules
I’m off work today – going to NYC today! Flight’s not til this afternoon – still got a few errands to run, etc. Anyway. I got my office cleaned up and made work-able again. I got some little baskets for my cabinet, so I can eventually organize stuff in there. I also got that new stool – it’s much more…

HOUSE
I finally took some pics of our house. I kept putting it off thinking, “let me get a little more done first…” but then I realised if I keep telling myself that, I’d never take pics. Figured I’d share our progress! Welcome! Says Indy. We have two trees in the front yard and they are SO pretty when the leaves…

House hunting again
I hate house-hunting. But hopefully everything will go smoothly. We’ll know where we are by the end of the week – so we can see what our options are. BTW – here’s my twitter. I’ve gotten to where I use it pretty often. We are off to Metropolis for Superman Celebration this weekend. Lots of work left to do between…

the workroom – 10/30
Here’s some more progress on the prop room. We finally got the other shelves up, and unpacked a few more things. The boxes migrated. We’re going to be working on it some more tonight, to try to get it passable for having company over this weekend.

Working on the living space
Our extra bedroom – AKA the workroom – has basically been nothing but a giant maze of boxes and bins since we moved. Now that Dragoncon is over and we’ve basically settled back down into a more normal routine, we’ve really started tackling the workroom over the past week. These pics are from yesterday. I really wish I’d taken “before”…

the workroom
I wish I’d taken pictures of it as it’s looked for the last couple of months. Basically since we’ve moved, this room has been a room of boxes. I’ve gone through a few things – unpacked most of my costumes and put them away in the closet, trying to make room. We cleared a space for our shelves, but that’s…
