when we might get to see the space shuttle
Awww man! Mom just told me that if all goes well and it isn’t canceled, we get to watch the Shuttle Launch in Florida on the 14th! From the stands, only 10 miles away! That’s the closest you can get besides being in the room, and that’s only allowed for families. I’m rather excited about it, even tho I really…

when i made lots of plans
I have NOT been able to concentrate the past few days. It must be because of school being out now, and the fact that I haven’t had to go to work. I’ve been forcing myself to work each day on SunDowner 1 and some of the request work (especially the pieces from the ebay auction), but it’s been tough. There’s…

Sketchblog: The Malfoys
This is a back-dated post! In 2016 I went back through my old sketchbooks and “rescued” a lot of my old, lost artwork, and I’m slowly getting them re-added to my archives. Here’s an inked drawing of the Malfoys, which I believe I did for Spring Break request week, but never got around to colouring.

when i sacrificed a tshirt
I might get to dye my hair (or at least part of it) purple after the convention, before my Disneyworld trip! Ash, too. Purple’s my number 1 choice, with blue or utena pink in 2nd and 3rd. As of this morning my Selphie costume is finished… an old UofM Tigers basketball t-shirt sacrificed it’s sleeves for Selphie’s armband. No big…

when we shopped
Well, yesterday wasn’t bad. I went over and got Ash, then we went to office max and got some things, and then to the mall. I got a Monty Python and the Holy Grail card game! and a Patty O’Green (from rainbow brite!) shirt. Pretty cool. Then we went over to the anime store and I got an Evangelion CD…

when douglas adams died
Our power was out from 5:00 yesterday afternoon to 12 midnight. Fun. We’re having a chat this weekend, probably tonight and tomorrow day. There’s a link on the main page, so drop by. Douglas Adams died. He was only 49. What a terrible loss.

when the servers did something crazy
Ellie mentioned a while back on the BBS that when she tried to hit my site, she got to a site saying “The Rock Capital of Brooklyn.” Well today, I found that site!! Apparently vashthestampede.com’s servers are being kinda screwy… I found L’amour Rocks on my tracker. LOL! Oh yes, the Rock Capital of Brooklyn. I also got hits from…

Sketchblog: Yule Ball Hermione
This is a back-dated post! In 2016 I went back through my old sketchbooks and “rescued” a lot of my old, lost artwork, and I’m slowly getting them re-added to my archives. This was my first stab at drawing Hermione at the Yule Ball — I wasn’t happy with it and literally flipped the page over and started again, and…

Art Post: Hermione (Harry Potter)
Hermione at the Yule Ball, Merlayne’s request from my spring break request week. I know her hair was supposed to have been straightened and she was supposed to be wearing a ‘dress robe’… but I didn’t want to draw it like that >D deal! hahahaha!

when i drew some more
Oh! I forgot! My MOB Sub – she’s Princess Megs’ character… isn’t her design so cool? And yay, more purple hair for me to do >D I wish I’d had more time to spend on it !

when cath made up a story
Oh, and our travel plans for Animazement are back on track! I have to share the excuse Cath came up with to tell her boss. It’s obvious she spent quite a while making up this story. She told her boss she had to go to NC that day with her cousin (me), because my boyfriend is have knee surgery. He’s…

when my post got lost
O…M…G I was just about done with the entire post I just wrote, when I got booted. I signed back on, and MSN’s damn homepage has to come up in my browser window, erasing everything I’d just written. OMG I hate MSN! I think it’s time for another Nasty-Letter-To-MSN. It’s been a while since I did one.

when i was behind
To repeat myself, ARGH. I don’t get stressed very easily, and right now is the closest I’ve come to it in a long time. Let’s review. 1. Life Drawing. My portfolio of all work from this semester and my sketchbook were due today. Naturally, I had pretty much nothing in my sketchbook, so most of that was done last night.…

when animazement was in jeopardy

The plan was to go to my grandmother’s on thurs the 24th, go to nashville early the next morning, catch a flight to Durham, stay for Animazement all weekend, leave Sunday afternoon. But for all the planning we’ve been trying to do over the past few weeks for this……

when i decided between backpacks
The Mummy 2 last night was good. I’ll talk more about it later. Right now I”m at Ash’s house – my parents went to some kind of party, and I didn’t want to stay at the house alone, so we went to Old Gravy, the Toy store, IHOP for dinner and the mall. Now I’m back here. I was going…
