random sketchbook page
random page from Super Freak Out book 3 this is pretty much what every page is like… it starts out with just some random doodles on the same page, then I finish some of ’em and try to link them together. And colour them with my new, lovely box of Crayola crayons courtesy my Mema. This one had a random…

when i planned a photoshoot
Ugh, I don’t feel like cleaning! This always happens, I come home for a trip, don’t unpack, and end up having clothes all over the floor and a half empty suitcase sitting around. What a mess this place is! Ah, we are going to take new pics of my costumes tomorrow – Quistis, Sailorjupiter, Beatrix, Selphie, Sakura, and my new…

when I shouldn’t have that much credit
Jeez, I just listened to the credit card machine guy’s whole little speech, and *it* says I have a credit limit of $700. I honestly don’t know whether to be overjoyed or panicked – I could definitely get myself into trouble with $700.

when my credit was expanded
holywhat… I have a stupid student credit card, right? It’s stupid. It has a $200 limit, which I run up every dang month, mostly because I’m paying for two webspaces on it. Last week I called and it told me I had $8 of available credit, LOL. That’s the way it always goes. Well, mom just paid part of it,…

when i wished
I wish I could meet in real life all the wonderful people I’ve met online. Have a big party or something. What a good old time we’d have.

when i bought a pool
AUGGH it’s so hooooot ><; It’s a typical Memphis June day… 90 degrees and muggy. And our freaking air conditioner is not working. I’m going to go to Walmart tomorrow and buy one of those kiddie wading pools. I swear to god. It’s so hot, I want to sit outside in a pool. We actually have a nice, above ground…

animazement photos
AHHHHHH, I just slammed my ankle into one of the metal bedposts as I was running to answer the phone which turned out to be nothing but a telemarketer!! Geez that hurt! Well I’m back for good… er, well, at least for 10 more days. Then I’m going to Disneyworld!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! I updated the HP Monthly today, so many subs!…

Art Post: Random Harry Potterness
This started out as a doodle of Sirius, then I added the Quidditch Harry. The rest was added on the plane ride home… I like the goofy Voldemort and little Harry. Voldemort: Whee I’m scary Harry: ? Ash was looking in that stupid magazine they leave for you on the airplane, and she pointed out an ad with this line…

Art Post: Ocha (SunDowner)
Prelim design for Ocha’s issue 7 costume. It’s hard to get ocha’s complexion right with crayons.

Art Post: Harry Potter
This is the first page of the story my cousin Cath and I wrote while at the Yuu Watase panel at Animazement 2001. Originally there were some little head doodles, but I erased them I did an odd, confused, glowing Harry at the top instead. Soon I’ll have a whole post up with all of the SFO 3 pages so…

when i shared my animazement trip report
TRIP REPORT!!!!!!!!! Thursday We left my house around six that night to go pick up Cath and head to our grandmother’s house in Jackson, TN. I finished packing mere seconds before we left – it was all very rushed. We got to Cath’s house and it turns out she wasn’t feeling well at all. I started panicking a bit! Her…

when i came back from animazement
Hey all! I’m at my gramma’s for the week now. My grandfather’s computer does have internet, huzzah! Umm… yeah. I don’t have much to say… Animazement was SO much fun. I’ll talk more about it when I’m on a computer where it’s easier to type. I spent waaaaaaaay too much money. Heh! I got Yuu Watase’s autograph, huzzah again! Anyway.…

when i was about to leave
Well, folks, I’m leaving. Actually, I’m leaving in about 4 hours, but I figured I’d go ahead and post while I was thinking about it XD I’ll be back on June 1st or 2nd, I’m not sure which. I don’t know if I’ll have net access (I’m not sure if my grandfather has figured out his new laptop enough to…

when i worked on stuff
*peeks in* Er, hi. Yeah, it was a busy weekend, ok? XD Friday, my parents & Ash’s parents were going on a field trip (our moms are teachers) and it was an overnight thing, so Ash and I stayed out at my house. We had a watergun fight, which I TOTALLY won, yay me! We rented The Waterboy, The Rainmaker,…

Sketchblog: Mucha girl
This is a back-dated post! In 2016 I went back through my old sketchbooks and “rescued” a lot of my old, lost artwork, and I’m slowly getting them re-added to my archives. A random girl — I don’t think this was specific character, just an art nouveau inspired doodle.

when my registration got lost
Man, Cath got her registration confirmation for Animazement on Saturday (after I emailed to ask about it on thursday), but I still haven’t gotten mine. I know if her registration got there, mine did too, because they were in the same envelope! I hope it’s not my email eating messages again… Or they’re probably going in alphabetical order! I HATE…

when i was against it
I don’t know what they have to say, it makes no difference anyway – whatever it is, I’m against it! No matter what it is or who commenced it, I’m against it! Your proposition may be good, but let’s have one thing understood – whatever it is, I’m against it! And even when you’ve changed it or condensed it, I’m…

when someone wouldn’t reveal their identedy
Funny email of the day! The text: “I was amazed when I looked at your Harry Potter Fanart. I have one of my own. It is a manga drawing. I will not reveal my identedy.” That was it, with an attached .bmp file which I didn’t open (I don’t open attachments unless I know who it’s from XD). I just…
