Cable Show & Photoshoot Photo dump

I know I haven't actually updated on any sewing for a while - but that's coming very soon I promise :) Chase was asked to take part in this cable trade show for Turner networks in Washington DC, as one of several clonetroopers in their booth. I got to tag along as a handler :) It was nice quick little trip, we'll have to go back sometime since we didn't really have ...

2008 in review

What I accomplished in 2008 (and what I didn't, LOL) Well it was weird year for me, costume-wise, because the first part of the year was eaten by my wedding, both financially and time-wise. I was still attemping to work on stuff - to make things that were easy, or that I already had material for. I think after the wedding and our move after everything kinda got settled I tried ...

Black Canary

One of the Black Canary shots from last weekend - my favourite so far, haven't finished uploading everything yet, though.P

Black Canary Photoshoot Preview

The photoshoots went great today, from what I've seen on Chase's computer I'm really pleased, especially with the Wonder Woman shots. I went ahead and uploaded one of my favourite Black Canary ones -- I should have the rest up on my flickr throughout the week.

Dragoncon 2008 Costume wrapup

I really fell ...

Dragoncon 2008 – sunday!

Then Chase remembered he was supposed to go to the clonetroopers.net lunch LOL. So he went to that, and I met up with Ash and we went shopping for a while. Didn't take any pics that morning (lazy!). Then ...

Dragoncon 2008 – saturday!

Ok I'm going to stop talking so much about my costumes and what I want to change, since I'll want to make a separate post about that later. But anyway - on to Saturday pics! Thank god for Ash! She came over to help us finish getting ready that morning - I was getting Starfire on for the very first time, and Chase was putting his clone on. There were ...

Dragoncon 2008 – thurs and friday!

Hey guys... sorry I haven't posted in a few days!! Dragoncon was a blast, as always. I managed to come home with a nasty head cold so I've been kinda in-and-out of it since then. I finished uploading our photos today, though - had over 1000, almost filled up the memory card, LOL. I think I'll break up my posts by days... there's a lot of stuff to go through. Our ...
