It's so strange being able to pack my costumes - and not have to worry about shipping or airlines! Today was really busy. We made good progress on Chase's costume. It's almost there. The mando is almost done, too. After the weathering on the shirt and vest dry I can finish it tomorrow. Blue Belle just needs one or two more things. Yellow Belle needs her roses sewn on. My secret costume needs the belt finished and the wig styled. I'm wishing now I could off work thursday, so ...
I finished the handmaiden this morning!! :D Well, almost, I've got to hem the sleeves of the underdress but that's it. I'm so excited I got one completely finished. I do still have to weather it but technically it's done, I could wear it today if I needed to :) Tonight I'll finish blue Belle and the upgrades to yellow belle, and work on the mando. I'm in desperate need of 8mm clear round sequins. Does anyone know of an online store that carries them?? I can't find anywhere except on ebay, and places that have a minimum $25 order (which i do NOT need $25 worth of sequins!) I've got one more place locally to check but they're not open on sundays...if they dont have it I'm going to have to order online and hope they ...
Handmaiden - got the front panel finished stamping. Yay! :) Mando vest - coming along... i plan to get a lot of work done on it tomorrow night.
