I have a lot of green projects this year. Besides the obvious one, Marvel Girl and Poison Ivy are also causing a lot of green mess around my sewing room. I got the frontpiece finished up and attached last night. Oh I am so happy with it. All that's left now is trim and accessories...
I got my hood in. I've since taken it apart and re-covered it in my own fabric, but here it was originally as modeled by my grand-dad ! I came out this morning to find a little drawing Chase had done of my dress and a note pinned to my dressform :D The bodice is now attached to the skirt and both sleeves are mostly done. I had to order more ...

Got the bodice put together on the big green thing, it was giving me fits last night, about to drive me crazy. I think I've got enough leaves from the last poison ivy leftover to do the next. It doesn't need as many leaves. I've got the bodysuit to dye, I think I'm going to have to go buy a few vines, though. In a quandary over Scarlet Witch - ...
Last time I posted a pic I was house sitting... then it and my sewing machine went to ANOTHER house to house sit (where I made use of a very large dining room table for cutting more fabric!), and now it's back to our house :) But here it is! Finally ironed, newly pleated and with a nearly finished corset: Pretty happy with the corset. I love the fabric :)
