Decided to keep the too-dark fabric, which worked out well since they couldn’t exchange it for me. Redesigned the dress, and I like it better than my original design. So – yay!
And the fabric is gorgeous, I love the colour – probably like it better than what i would have gotten, it was just the idea of redesigning that made me want the light I originally planned for.
Tonight I got my petticoat put together. Much thanks to Chase who helped me figure out what the pattern was telling me to do. Pics later. Tomorrow comes cutting the actual fabric. (eek).
