A couple of weeks ago, I had planned to do an outdoor location photoshoot with Chasing Photography of my new Belle ballgown. Well, we got rained out. So, to make up for it, we did a white backdrop shoot of four of my Belle costumes! I've updated each of my portfolio pages with some of my favourites :)

I've finished my Belle "Something There" dress and cape and have added it to my portfolio!
So MTAC was pretty much ok. Like I said in my previous post, I wore Belle, then Utena -- I need to fix the waistband on Belle, as I said last post. All of the light pink parts are just very basically pinned on (except the sleeves). Tonight, I'll hem the skirt, and attach all those lovely pink parts, put the grommets in the back, and it's done!

Today is Chase's birthday! :) We had cake last night, and macaroni grill. Last night, I put together the bodice for Belle. It's HUGE. I cut it out at the size I usually use, which is usually a *little* big, but this looks like it's at least 3 or 4 sizes too big. Crazy stuff. Nothing that can't be fixed, I was just kinda flabbergasted when I put it on the dressform last ...
I got a base necklace for my necklace pieces... I haven't figured out how to attach them yet, but they look great just sitting around it on the table LOL I cut out the pattern for my belt. Dad came up with a pattern on the computer last night - he took the dimensions of my regular ANH belt, and slightly curved it, so it fits a little more snugly ...
