Ok, so I just got back from dragoncon (it's 12:30 now, as soon as I finish writing this I'm going to BED.) Well, folks. Ash and I are off to Animazement. Check out my livejournal for some various costume ramblings, but here's my tentative costume schedule: Friday - Xiaoyu, Misato Saturday - She-Ra, Lulu Sunday - Misato or Utena Ash will be wearing Xiaoyu, Ritsuko, and Ranma throughout the weekend, too. Well folks, it's that time. I actually got everything done last night. We leave around 4 this afternoon, drive to my gramma's, drop off my clothes for next week & eat dinner with them, then go on to Nashville. Tomorrow morning we get up and fly out of Nashville around 7. We'll be arriving in Durham around 9:30... and then on to the convention ! :D We should get back into Nashville around 5 sunday ...
Oooh my god Dad brought home Molly's for me last night. I ate waaaaay too much. They give you more food when you order it to-go... I saved some of the cheese dip and had it for breakfast. yum :D Got up @ 5:50 am this morning to take Kevin to school. (it takes him bought 20 minutes to get ready... they have a 7 start, but I get him there around 6:20, 6:30 or so ...
We found a hotel in Nashville.... we're going to stay there Thursday night and then get up there and catch our 6AM flight to Durham for Animazement. That way we won't have to drive all night and then be dragging all day friday. Ash is considering going to Dragoncon with us. Plus, if she goes to Dragoncon, it cuts down the amount we each have to spend on the room.
