Arwen’s Chase Dress

I'm going to get arwen fabric pattern tomorrow! (psst - am doing arwen's blueish riding dress instead of random elf or eowyn again. easy to find pattern for and no wig needed~ mwa! I really didn't want to wear a wig to watch a movie in.)
