So the last four concept pieces of the project are all what I consider to be Alt-Reality Padmes.
This particular piece is based on concept art showing Padme arriving on Mustafar with a knife, ready to kill Anakin to stop him. Apparently this was originally in the script but was dropped.
Build-wise, the outer robe would be in a deep red velvet, with attached sleeves and hood and closure at the front with silver brooch. Underdress of a darker red velvet. Black jet necklace.
