The original concept art I based this on was only from the waist up, so I made up the rest.
In my head, this was a post-TPM look but in a situation where a decoy was again needed, and Padme was wearing something to disguise her identity.
I imagine this all being super lightweight, airy natural-tone silks, with a painted detail on the tabard. I imagine the triangular hood shape would need some kind of interior reinforcement to maintain the shape. Underneath it all is a long white-on-white embroidered gown.
