Time Lords

Time Lords from Doctor Who, made for Dragon Con 2012. Collaboration between the 4 of us.
Red velvet robes with tiered sleeves and darker red cotton velvet collar pieces with attached Seal of Rassilon center back. Embroidered taffeta under-robes with red velvet sashes. Fiberglass Time Lord collars scaled to fit each person.
