Ash’s mom constructed the bodysuit, gloves and feet out of fleece. We built the head using foam blocks, covered in fleece, and black vinyl for the eyes/nose. We added a collar as well.
Stitch also made one appearance as “Darth Stitch” at MTAC 2006.
