Ash’s family and my family went to Disney World together in 2001. While in Epcot, Ash and I found these Chinese suits that were super cute and looked super “Ranma.” And since we were both obsessed with Ranma 1/2 at the time, we both bought a suit. We planned to wear them together at the next convention as boy-type and girl-type Ranma.

Ash wore hers to a couple of cons, and I loaned her the hat and shoes I had set aside for mine. So since we only had one pair of shoes and hat between us, only one of us could wear it at a time, LOL. I ended up never wearing mine to a con… I did win a bright red wig as a prize in the MTAC costume contest, so when I got home I threw on my whole costume with the red wig and took exactly one photo. That is the only photo of have of my Ranma costume.

I ended up selling it not long after that. Pretty sure Ash still has hers somewhere, tho.
