Kevin’s Various Other Costumes

We’ve cobbled together a few other costumes for Kevin over the years. Here’s a quick rundown.

Napoleon Dynamite from Halloween 2005. The shirt, wig, glasses and boot covers were all bought from Hot Topic.

Edward from Twilight for Halloween 2009 – we did a Twilight theme at work that year. He made a pretty good Edward. He also wore this to one of the midnight Twilight shows and got chased by a bunch of girls. It was pretty funny.

Julia Child from Halloween 2010. He’d been saying “Bon appetit!” a lot, so we had to put this together for him. Shirt, shoes and skirt were all from goodwill, I made the necklace. Cleaver and chicken were from amazon. The wig was his Napoleon Dynamite wig. He has a love/hate relationship with this costume. He loves that it makes people laugh but he really doesn’t like wearing the skirt (even with shorts on underneath LOL… and plus it’s not really “cool” like Luke or Link.)

Tony Stark for Anaheim Comic Con 2010. Just a goodwill suit with a toy arc reactor and some sunglasses and black hair spray.

Superboy for GMX 2009. Bought the t-shirt off ebay and took it in, sprayed his hair black.

Fabio for Halloween 2007. Bought the wig and fake chest on amazon, shirt, pants and shoes were out of his closet. This one was so funny. He kept brushing the hair out of his face and saying, “I’m Faaaaaaaaaaabio.”

Pirates for 2007 4th of July Boat Parade. We all scrambled together pirate outfits for the boat parade that year. For whatever reason I already had that Jack Sparrow bandanna with the attached beads/braids, so he wore that over Ash’s old Skuld wig that I had trimmed down. The rest was just stuff out of his closet or a piece of cotton tied around his waist – we all had temp Jack Sparrow tattoos, too.
