I have no notes, files, nothing saying who this character is, what its from, why or when I did it?? So I'm making some educated guesses. I'm guessing mid-99 based on the style. Her head is too big, the arm looks wrong, but this picture was a pain to finish so it's going up here!! The outfit was hard... and I think I redid the hair three times. I also had to trick myself into drawing her, because every time I tried I screwed up. So I started drawing Rei Ayanami, then at the last minute switched to Elehayym. Oh well.

GAH I can't draw ANY of the Turks correctly. It's the hair, I know it. Tseng has that stupid slicked back hair... Elena's hair I always make too big... Reno has that weird spike stuff going on... and Rude HAS none! *sob* Anyway.
