This was never finished, as you can tell -- and even though the character seems really familiar, my google-fu is failing me and I cannot figure out who "Hideko" is or what show/game she's from. Maybe somebody else's ...
My second fav character in my fav game, Tekken 2! I drew this while eating at Molly's LaCasita. Then I made dad take it to work and scan it. I did the face a little different... and I got her outfit wrong. Oh well!

This was a gift art of someone's original character but as you can see in my written note, even back in 1998 I couldn't remember whose it was!! That's pretty bad.
