It’s another robe!
I imagined this one as two pieces — a sleeveless column dress gathered at the neckline, worn underneath a “coat” that includes the large, billowing sleeves and the hood. I imagine the whole thing being made out of something lightweight and flowy, with the paisley-esque white/lavender designs painted on.
