So I had a dentist appt this afternoon – to get the permanent crown put on in place of the temp one, and to get a little cavity filled. He said neither would take long, but he wanted to numb me up and give me the gas for the cavity. Well, neither was very bad, and it only took like 30 mins all together…
but oh my god, I have never been that affected by the gas before. I was SO out of it. Afterwards I told him how out of it I felt, and he said, “Yeah, you really were!” And then he made me sit in the chair for a few minutes so I wouldn’t be dizzy while driving.
I mean, it was freaky.
I decided to skip my class this afternoon ’cause of it – my mouth was numb and my head was dizzy, and tonight is a Buffy night – and I told my dentist that, and he said it might be a good idea to go home and rest. Of course, I’m not resting, obviously… I feel just fine now, the numbness is like, nothing and all the dizziness was gone a few minutes after I left the office.
Anyway – still skipping tonight anyway. I was going to take off thursday night, so I could make sure everything was prepared to leave on friday. So since I took today off I’ll go thursday.
blah blah blah, I just keep on talking when I should have stopped 10 sentences ago.
