I doubt I’ll have internet access anytime while I’m over there – can’t even check my mail on my phone!
I’ll take lots of pics with my new camera, of course.
Kinda sad I’ll be missing seeing Starsky and Hutch and Hidalgo this weekend. I wanted to see both! well they’ll still be here when I get back. And I should think Paris is a good excuse for missing them.
I bought a bunch of new manga today to read on the plane: Naruto, Trigun (I have the Japanese comics, but like I can read them!), Peach Girl and Gravitation. I wanted more but I was already spending too much money.
At Walgreen’s today, I was waiting on Kristie to finish checking out and was wandering up and down the makeup aisle by the door. I looked like a complete slob today, btw, just so you have a mental picture. Baggy jeans and a shirt with lemurs all over it, ok?
So I’m wandering, and suddenly this guy appears in front of the door and says “Hey girl!”
I looked at him, because I was the only one there and he was looking right at me. He stood there looking at me, and I looking at him. Not knowing what to do, because I didn’t know him and had no idea why he was talking to me, I started walking past him back over to Kristie. Before I got to him, he turned around and left.
All I can guess is that he thought I was someone he knew, and when he realised I wasn’t, he just left.
It was strange.
Today was nice, I was barefoot all day… it’s going to be cold and rainy in paris. yuck.
My room is so pretty and clean… I rearranged all my posters… and took my old computer out! Oh my god the space! Maybe after I get back I’ll take a pic of my new setup, cause it’s sweet. Althought everytime I try to pull my computer chair up to the desk, I hit it with the armrest, and make something from my Holy Grail figure collection fall. If Galahad falls on my computer again, I’m going to have to find another place for them.
Why am I sitting here typing this crap?!?! I haven’t packed yet!! GADS!!
