I said it @ my cosplay journal yesterday, but I got my Lulu fabric. It’s not exactly what I wanted, but I think it will work all right. It’s a sort of suede material… it’s heavy enough that it won’t wrinkle around and stuff, but light enough that I won’t suffocate. I think I’ve figured out how to do the belts, too. I still need to get the material for the corset… and the lacey lining stuff… and a few more beads for necklaces. And that’s it. I’ve got everything else. Oh, makeup. That doesn’t count.
I’m getting really excited for Animazement. I’m also glad they extended the $35 registration period… yay, I forgot to do it. No guests I’m really interested in yet, though… oh well. I can’t wait to see all the FFX costumes… Oh, I’ve got to stop thinking about it, it’s months away yet…
But~ Spring Break isn’t all that far away. It’s much earlier this year than it normally is – the first week of March!! That’s not Spring. It’s still going to be cold. So there won’t be any Spring Break Request Week, cause I gotta spend that time finishing SunDowner 1. Between then and now I gotta work on the requests from *last* Spring Break. Heh.
The dog is barking at something. One of the next door neighbor’s dogs must be out. Probably Bebe. He was wandering around yesterday…
Dad told me the other night that Jethro Tull was going to be coming back to one of the casinos down in Tunica. So I was all excited, cause I missed them last time. So I got online and looked, and they’re NOT coming to Tunica OR Memphis. š Nashville was the closest, I think.
At least they played a bunch of old Jethro Tull on WEVL last night.
