I have more photoshoot pictures!!
Unfortunately some of them did not turn out. TFA Leia’s pics not turning out is my fault – because of the wrinkles I didn’t think to iron out. So we are going to reshoot that one. Then, the lights on medieval Leia were weird and made the whole thing look super weird, so while we’re redoing TFA Leia we’re going to redo medieval Leia, too.
I thought we might have to redo Lucy because in the first 20 or so shots, the lights were weird on that one too. But then I guess Chase adjusted and they were fine after that.

I don’t know what I’m going to do with these. Do I add them to my portfolio or no? I did make the tunic and belt and alter the boots for Kevin. But the boots and belt were done in 2006, the tunic last year. Where do I file this?? LOL. Maybe I’ll just make a standalone blog post about it instead of a full page.
So Wednesday was my birthday. I took the day off work and stayed home! I mostly did nothing; played the sims a little bit. Listened to some podcasts. Did some laundry and got some of my costume stuff put away. Went to dinner that night, and that’s the only reason I changed out of my pajamas.
My parents got me some cute new dresses (plus a really long pink tank for layering – didn’t take a pic of that tho):
This one is hard to see the detail on; it’s cute black lace at the collar and in strips down the sides. It’s super cute. Chase has a filmfest thing next week, I think I will probably wear this.

My Mema called cracking up because she’d put together my birthday card, went to put it on the table to mail later… and realized she’d already put together a birthday card for me LOL. So she just opened up the bigger one and stuck the smaller one inside of it. So I had 2 birthday cards from my grandparents LOL.
And then a blast from the past! My parents brought me their old copy of the Star Trek TNG board game. Ash and I were talking about it at Dcon and I decided I wanted to have a game night and play it for my birthday. So my parents found it and brought it to me wednesday night. I CAN’T WAIT! We’re going to have an old-fashioned board game night this weekend.

LOL. Actually my big present from everybody was a new bike. I’ve been resistant to a new bike for a long time now but when we brought mine inside to put up on the trainer, a bunch of the plastic pieces just kinda cracked and fell off. So I was like, guess it’s finally time. I don’t have it yet; supposed to be delivered to the bike shop either today, saturday or monday. I’m hoping today, I’d like to ride it tomorrow. I’m excited.
