SunDowner

Several of you guys have asked me if I still have SunDowner online. I’ve been promising to throw it up on my site soon… but I just haven’t gotten around to it. The problem is that my name is on eeeeeeeeeeverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrything (and I’ve worked hard to not use that name online anymore), so I don’t really want them public just yet until I can find time to scrub everything off.

That being said, I do have them in a private smugmug gallery, and if anyone out there is hankering to actually read a 16 year old web comic, message me, I’ll tell you how to get there.

After Dcon/Disney I’ll work on getting them up publicly – and the stupid LOTR comic, too. I’d put that up now except I’m missing a page somehow.

I may actually draw some SunDowner stuff on the car trip this weekend. At first looking back through all this old stuff was excruciating… it’s like finding your blog from when you were 10 years old and posting all the stuff you thought was funny, y’know? But as it went on I got really nostalgic for it. I don’t know that I was ever a good enough writer/artist/editor/draftsman for doing a comic, but it was really fun.

Oh my goodness! Coming out of comment hiding to say I still have my copy of the printed version from years back! It’s sitting happily on my bookshelf. When I was in high school it was the total bees knees to have had it signed! (Also, one of the online chapters released on my birthday of that year and I still recall it being the best present ever!)

I hope you have a good time in Disney (And a safe drive!) I’ll be heading down to start the DCP this week so I’m excited to get in on the action!
