I finally decided which Edwardian dress I wanted to do; I’m going to do Lady Mary’s red and black dress from the first season of Downton Abbey.

I’m hoping I can either get away with my own hair, or use the wig I’m getting for Romana I with it.
Anyway, I’ve picked out my fabric for the main body of the dress, and for the sleeves/waistband. I’m still hunting for options for the gold embellishments. I’ve got some ideas.
I need to figure out shoes, too!
