Disney World 2013: Pics part 1!

I’ve only got a few of them uploaded so far – Tuesday through part of Thursday, and I don’t have our photopass or Chase’s pics yet. But I figured I’d go ahead and post a few. Click more for the rest of the post!

I loved the bedspread in our room:

Finding Nemo themed bedspread.

The pork shank at Gaston’s was REALLY good. Service was so-so – very slow. We only had 5 people in front of us when we got in line and it still took a good half hour to place our order. Lefou’s Brew was pretty tasty, too.

We ate lunch at Gaston's the first day.

The carriage for true love week!

Mickey and Minnie! When we fast-passed them, I got a surprise Dumbo fastpass too šŸ™‚
I really liked Mickey’s room’s set up, it was neat.

We met Merida the first day! She was fantastic.

And we all had mustaches.

When Prince Charming asked how long we’d been married, we said 5 years, and Chase asked him how long he and Cinderella were celebrating, and he didn’t miss a beat, “63 years,” he said. Awesome!

Rapunzel and Flynn were also really awesome, Flynn was hilarious.

Day 2, Epcot!

We went straight to Test Track and rode it with no wait. Here’s our car:

We walked straight into Test Track. I liked the new set-up.

Lunch was Le Cellier. We got to see them sing the Canadian national anthem before service started, our waiters were fantastic, and the food was really good. Food wise I think this was my fav place we ate.

We met Mary Poppins and Alice:

She told us the winds were changing – and boy did they ever. Now long after that it started getting windy and raining, and the temp dropped.

Chase has my pic with Alice on his camera.

We met Donald in Mexico, which was exciting because I’ve never met Donald!

France is pretty at night:

Dinner was at Tutto Italia, which we LOVED in 2009 and was sadly closed for remodeling when we went last year. So I made sure we had reservations to eat there this year again. It wasn’t quite as good as that first year but we were STARVING that first time and you know good food is when you’re starving LOL It was still good, and dessert was awesome and our waitress was great.

Thursday was back at the Magic Kingdom!

We did Enchanted Tales with Belle first thing in the morning.

was trying to take some closer detail shots, but my little camera in that dark room wasn't doing a great job.

It was a cute character experience… the kids were cute to watch, the sets are really detailed and great to look at. Got to see Belle’s new dress, too! (and took some slightly creeper shots of it… but i wanted to zoom in details!) It was worth doing once and kids really loved it.

We got in line to meet Tink and Periwinkle after that. That was probably the longest we waited to meet a character, I think?

Then breakfast that morning was waffles at Sleepy Hollow šŸ™‚

After that we met Gaston! He was hilarious and one of my fav characters we met this time around.
