Hippolyta panels

I spent pretty much all morning embroidering the front of this corset, then decided I didn’t like it, ripped it out, went and bought a grey pin and drew the design on. It’s not great but I think it’ll look better with some shadows added – the grey on silver is a little muddy, I think with a thin black line in a few places it’ll make it pop. Drawing is totally not the way I wanted to go – my first option was going to take too long and be REALLY hard, my second option (the embroidery) was killing my thumbs even with the thimble and, like I said, wasn’t happy with the results.
Anyway after that, I painted my skirt pieces again – happy with the colour now, and started working on the edge detail for them. Only made a little headway – I’ll get back to it tomorrow.
I sewed all the trim onto my chiffon piece, yay. It looks better than I thought it would.

Tomorrow: get corset finished, make headway on skirt panels, jewelry, etc. My shoes are supposed to come Monday, so I can start working on them Monday night.
