I was going to blog about something I remembered from work from several years ago – but a search revealed I’d already blogged about it when it happened (2005). Something reminded me about it today – at our old office, we had been taking trash out and found a bunch of toys thrown in our dumpster. Like somebody had emptied an entire toy chest in there, most of them still in good condition. Barbies, an Elmo, a monopoly game, gamecube discs. Kevin took the gamecube disc home and tried it out, but it had gotten scratched.

It was just weird is all.

Took Indy this morning to see Santa. She got her picture with him. It’s not a great picture but it’s better than nothing. We had fun hanging around the store waiting on my mom to get there with Kes and Jean with Mac – the greyhound rescue people had set up a booth and had 3 really pretty greyhounds there. Indy was good around all of them, I was impressed with her.

To kill time we also went to Hollywood Feed and looked at their food. Indy hasn’t been liking her food lately, so we were looking at other options. We ended up getting her a trial size of another “natural” brand, and also some raw meat to cut up and add to it somedays.

She’s spoiled, but leave her alone- she’s a crotchety old woman!
