So yeah my wireless is even working at home. It’s amazing. Of course, it still does the “die whenever it gets tired of working” deal, and it did so 5 times last night, but its better than fighting dad for the desktop every night.
But now onto the real news.
SOMEBODY THREW MY LUNCH AWAY AT WORK YESTERDAY!!
(made me think of friends when Ross’ boss ate his sandwich. “MY… SANDWICH!!!”)
Like seriously! I had leftover chips and cheese dip from our dinner the night before, so I brought it in (since we had guests who took over our break room and wandered around and made everyone very stressed out, and also made us all dress up. blech – anyway, since we had guests which means we’d have McAllister’s for lunch and I hate McAllister’s.) I put my cheese dip in the fridge, and set my bag of chips over on the shelf with all the other chips.
Well lunch rolls around, and I go over to get my chips and… they’re gone!
I check to see if I already took them to my desk and forgot, nope. Finally I take the lid off the trash can – and there they are, right on top, luckily still sealed up in their bag.
I still don’t know what cruel beast would do such a thing as to throw a poor girls’ lunch away. Maybe I will send out an email to everybody and ask, haha.
The night before last, we were house-sitting over at my cousin’s house. Well while at work, Chase suggested we build a fort. So we totally did. We used the dining room chairs and the blankets out of the closet, and made a sweet little fort on the floor in front of the TV. It was awesome.
In other news, I got FREAKING COLD in the space of about, oh, a night. I hate it. It’s been cold two days and already I hate it. It was so cold at work on Tuesday, I was actually, no lie, blue in the face. GOSH.
So I don’t know what that does to our plans for the weekend. I don’t know if we’re going to go to the zoo tomorrow night or not. I could wear Belle and be pretty warm, but it drags the ground and it’s been raining constantly for 3 days straight now. Yeah don’t wanna do that. Trunk or Treat is still on for Saturday, and I’m going to brave Wonder Woman… I really honestly might go buy fabric saturday morning and try to make some sort of cape that matches. Or I guess I could just wear my Belle cape. Anyway, then we don’t know what we’re going to do Sat night! Gosh. Stupid weather.
